Affiliate Programs
ShopperScout participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program, which allow us to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through links on this site. Commissions are paid by the retailer, not the buyer, so the price you see on a product page is the same whether you arrive from ShopperScout or not. Participation in an affiliate program does not give a brand or product preferential placement in our rankings.
What We Do Not Accept
ShopperScout does not accept payment to place a product in a ranking, move a product to a higher position or write a positive review. We do not accept free products in exchange for coverage. If a product appears in one of our rankings, it is because it passed our four-part selection criteria, not because of any commercial arrangement.
Brand Outreach
Brands and public-relations contacts may reach out to hello@shopperscout.com to introduce products or share specification sheets. We review all submissions, but inclusion in a ranking is determined solely by our editorial criteria. Sending us information about a product does not guarantee coverage or a specific ranking position.
Sponsored Content
ShopperScout does not currently publish sponsored posts, paid reviews or advertorial content. If this policy changes in the future, any sponsored material will be clearly labeled at the top of the page before any other content. Our editorial pages will always be free of paid influence.
